System Scan

A sharp diagnosis of where the system actually gets stuck. One focused session, clear patterns and a clear overview of structural tension points.

Ecosystem Analysis

A deeper look at dynamics, roles, information flows and decision structures. I map the ecosystem as a whole, so it becomes clear what you're actually steering.

Direction Document

Short, supported recommendations for management and leadership. No jargon, no theatre – just a clear structural basis for the next decisions.

Dynamics instead of data

I'm not a traditional business analyst and I don't work through spreadsheets, KPIs or thick reports. Those give numbers — but rarely truth.

My work focuses on the layer beneath the visible layer: the dynamics, coherence and undercurrent that determine why an organisation does or doesn't work.

What I read

  • Coherence: where the system flows naturally
  • Decoherence: where tension arises and structure breaks
  • Roles and tension fields
  • Information flows and decision logic
  • Behavioural patterns and hidden drivers
  • The ecosystemic underlayer that determines what people do, say or avoid

Organisations rarely get stuck on numbers. They get stuck on dynamics.

Behaviour, culture, role confusion, implicit agreements, invisible tension — that's what steers the whole. I bring that layer into view and restore the logic there, so everything above the undercurrent starts working again.

On request — every project is unique.

After a brief exploration, you will receive a proposal tailored to the context, complexity and desired outcomes.

I work with organisations and initiatives that operate in complexity:

  • organisations in transition or under pressure
  • teams stuck in patterns
  • leaders seeking an independent systemic perspective
  • new initiatives that need a clear foundation

My ecosystem analysis rests on an underlying layer of field research, consciousness structure and systemic logic. That entire foundation is on design-by-authenticity.org.

There you'll find the models, foundations and experiments around coherence, field dynamics and system logic – the layer on which I base my work in organisations.

A portion of the profits from Design by Authenticity is structurally invested in Sail4Recovery: sailing days and multi-day trips for people who need recovery but cannot afford it.

Sail4Recovery is not a separate project, but the human heartbeat beneath my work. Restoring structure in organisations is one side; letting people recover in nature, water and rhythm is the other side.
